REMS identifies the presence or absence of human activity in any room setting and controls power or output levels to HVAC, lighting and appliances to reduce unnecessary consumption. REMS software creates parameters for the operator to account for and control energy requirements to meet optimal guest comfort pre-requisites, seasonality influences, occupancy fluctuations, internal operational requirements, as well as day/ night control settings that affect efficiency.

REMS ROOM CONTROLLER WITH WIRELESS DATA LINK
The REMS controller receives signals from the main door sensor, the temperature sensor, the presence sensors and the balcony sensor. These signals are processed by the REMS and action is taken on the outputs which comprise the speed of the FCU motor, the 2-way valve and the lighting circuit.
